The fee will be charged to your account by office staff on the next available business day, and must be paid within 7 days. Should you damage the entry door, window or screen in an attempt to en-ter your apartment without a key, you will be charged the cost of the dam-age which will be considerably more than $40.A valid drivers license is required for a lockout. No person (including relatives and other tenants) will be given access to an apartment unless they are on a signed lease agreement as a leaseholder or occupant.INTERNETTenant(s) will receive high-speed internet access for the duration of their lease with United Apartments. Tenant(s) understand that their Owner has contracted with an Internet Service Provider so that Tenant may have high-speed internet access in the apartment.The use of this service by the Tenant is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the subscription contract Landlord signs with Provider.
