This needs to be electronically submitted through the website under MOVE IN INSPECTION within 7 days of your move-in. Please take the time to check over the apartment and fill this out. Failure to do so will force us to assume that everything in your apartment is in perfect condition. At the end of your Move In Inspection, you will have the option to list any repairs that need to be made to the apartment that will be automatically submitted to maintenance or you can give a separate list of repairs to your office staff for them to submit to maintenance.IMPORTANT PHONE NUMBERSPolice and Fire Emergency .911 Non-Emergency & Noise Complaints (989)773-1000Maintenance Emergency(989)772-2222 Lock out.(989)772-2222DTE - Gas (800)477-4747Consumers Energy - Gas (Deerfield Residents Only) (800)477-5050 Consumers Energy - Electricity .(800)477-5050CMS - Internet .(989)779-1800Post Office (800)275-8777ELECTRICITYWhen you move in, please turn breakers on if you have already set up power with Consumers Energy. Please familiarize yourself with the location of the circuit breaker box in your apartment.
