Any violation or damage will result in a fee to the Tenant(s).FIREWORKSmay not be stored or used/ lit on the property and are strictly prohibited.Any violation or damage will result in a fee to theTenant(s).Any of the above mentioned items found on the property/premises will beremoved by United Apartments at the Tenant(s) expense.SNOW REMOVALUnited Apartments provides snow removal at your apartment complex. Please notify the office immediately if an area needs attention. The tenant is responsible for snow and ice removal on steps, porches and stoopssurrounding the leased premises. United Apartments will make a snow shovel available to the tenant(s) for this purpose. Please remember that it is a challenge to remove all of the snow from the parking spaces.Any help coordinating the moving of cars to provide access for removing the snow is greatly appreciated. Please call our office for further information.PARKINGParking stickers are free for our tenants, and are issued annually valid from August 1 to August 1. The vehicle you are registering must be in your name or your parents name in order to obtain a parking sticker. If you change cars, you must bring in your old parking sticker in order to receive a new one. There is no charge for the new sticker. If you do not bring in your oldparking sticker, there will be a $100 replacement charge.Absolutely no parking is allowed in the cul-de-sac drive, fire lanes, or on unmarked pavement. We tow 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. General Parking Regulations For All Tenants The vehicle cannot take up more then one (1) parking space at any time. The vehicle cannot be parked on the grass, in reserved areas, fire lanes, or right-of-ways.The vehicle must be in good operating condition and driveable.The vehicle must display a valid license plate.A vehicle (recreational or otherwise) or boats cannot be "stored" on theproperty for any length of time.Major automobile repairs made in the parking lot are prohibited.Emergency repairs only.
